Intervue Lite is our newest business line.
It is a faster, cost-effective version of Intervue built for companies hiring at very high volumes.
This isn't just another role.
You'll own and grow a business that is expected to manage 15Cr in annual revenue, working directly with the Founder and leadership team.
If you've always wanted to run a business without starting one from scratch, this is probably the closest you'll get.
What You'll Own
- Own the P&L and growth of Intervue Lite.
- Drive customer acquisition and expansion.
- Speak with CXOs and hiring leaders every week.
- Ensure flawless service delivery across customers.
- Build systems, dashboards and operating processes.
- Work with Product, Engineering, Operations and Sales to improve the offering.
- Identify bottlenecks before they become problems.
- Scale revenue while improving customer experience.
- Use AI aggressively to automate workflows and move faster.
- Build a business, not just manage one.
