About BigBoost AI OS
BigBoost AI OS is a proprietary performance intelligence engine built on top of advertising ecosystems like Google Ads, Meta & Microsoft Ads.
We ingest 27M+ rows of ad data into BigQuery and apply structured AI reasoning (Claude API + LLM systems) to detect anomalies, diagnose root causes, and generate real-time optimization insights.
We're not building dashboards.
We're building an AI decision layer for multi-million dollar ad accounts.
This is a founding-level engineering role with architectural ownership and direct collaboration with the founders.
What You'll Own- Build and scale API ingestion pipelines (Google Ads, Meta, Microsoft Ads)
- Design BigQuery schemas & ETL workflows for high-volume ad datasets
- Develop backend services in Python (FastAPI, async patterns)
- Integrate Claude / LLM APIs for structured reasoning & insight generation
- Architect background jobs using Celery + Redis
- Work with PostgreSQL (RLS, multi-tenant systems)
- Build internal dashboards & client-facing portals (Next.js / React)
- Translate performance frameworks (ROAS, CPA, CTR) into production logic
- Collaborate closely with founders on product & architecture decisions
You'll own features end-to-end from schema design to deployment.
What We're Looking For (Non-Negotiable)Please apply only if you can confidently demonstrate:
- Strong Python backend engineering (FastAPI or similar async frameworks)
- Deep SQL & data modeling expertise (complex queries, ETL, warehouse thinking)
- Real-world API integrations (OAuth flows, token refresh, external platforms)
- Hands-on experience with LLM APIs (Claude / OpenAI) in production
- Git workflow maturity (branching, code reviews)
This is a backend-heavy role.
Frontend-only or CRUD-only profiles will not be a fit.
Strong Advantage If You Have- Google Ads / Meta Marketing API integrations
- BigQuery, Snowflake, or Redshift experience
- Celery + Redis task orchestration
- Supabase / PostgreSQL with Row-Level Security
- Startup or small-team ownership experience
- Performance marketing metric familiarity (ROAS, CPA, Quality Score)
- Experience working alongside AI coding agents
