We're looking for acracked founding engineerto join our core team. You'll work directly with the founders, owning our React Native (Expo) app and the analytics that power product decisions. Your work will directly impact how millions of users experience the product over time.

Core Responsibilities:

AI & Cognitive Systems (Primary):

• Help build out AI-driven capabilities
• EQ (Emotional Intelligence) modeling
• Short-term and long-term memory systems

Data & Product Analytics (Primary)

• Instrument the app for analytics (events, funnels, cohorts, retention, crashes)
• Work with tools like Firebase and PostHog
• Design and run A/B tests to improve activation, engagement, and retention
• Write efficient SQL / Python queries to analyze user behavior and feature impact
• Turn raw data into actionable insights and recommendations for the team

Mobile App (Secondary)

• Own the React Native (Expo) app (iOS & Android)
• Integrate agent-driven UX and APIs
• Ship reliable App Store & Play Store releases
