Who We&aposre Looking For
We&aposre seeking a Founding AI Engineerwho thrives in early-stage chaos, enjoys solving complex technical challenges, and is eager to lead the AI/ML strategy from the ground up. This is more than a jobit&aposs an opportunity to join as a founding member, build and own key technical systems, and directly influence the trajectory of the company.
Core Responsibilities
- Define and evolve the long-term technical vision, architecture, and system design for scalability
- Drive the transition from MVP prototypes to enterprise-grade, production-ready systems
- Collaborate closely with product and design leads to rapidly prototype and iterate on user-centric features
- Fine-tune and serve Large Language Models (LLMs) using Triton and TensorRT
- Integrate retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines and AI safety layers (filters, guardrails, etc.)
- Design real-time pipelines (STT LLM TTS ) using WebSockets or gRPC
- Set up spot-GPU orchestration using Kubernetes (K8s) and Terraform-based Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
- Build and manage CI/CD pipelines (blue-green deployments); set up monitoring dashboards for cost and latency
- Implement OAuth2/JWT-based authorization, secure secret management, and rate-limiting
- Lead security hardening (OWASP) and lay the groundwork for SOC 2 Type I compliance
- Engage directly with early customers and partners to gather feedback, debug live issues, and validate technical direction.

Ideal Candidate Profile
- 3+ years building distributed or real-time ML systems
- Hands-on LLM or speech experience: Triton, TensorRT, Riva, Whisper, or similar - demonstrated < 1 s latency.
- Deep Python (FastAPI) expertise; comfort with micro-services, gRPC, WebSockets.
- Cloud-native engineering: Docker, K8s, autoscaling, Terraform/Pulumi, Prometheus/Grafana.
- Security mindset: OAuth2, TLS everywhere, moderation gates, GDPR awareness.
- Entrepreneurial stamina: Persistence and optimistic outlook even in the face of challenge or setback.
