Job Title: Founding AI Engineer – Data Intelligence (LLMs & ML Systems)
About the Role
We are building Daivio, a next-generation AI-native data platform that doesn't just analyze and clean data — it understands, improves, and learns from it.
This is not a standard AI role. We are looking for an exceptional engineer who has worked on serious, large-scale AI systems and wants to push the boundaries of what AI can do with real-world data.
You will take ownership of building the core intelligence layer of the platform — from data cleaning and transformation to model training and autonomous systems.
What You'll Do
- Architect and build AI systems for data cleaning, enrichment, and transformation at scale
- Train, fine-tune, and deploy models directly on customer data
- Design LLM-powered and ML-driven systems that reason over and act on data
- Build intelligent pipelines that continuously learn and improve over time
- Push beyond conventional approaches and introduce novel, high-impact ideas
- Take full ownership from concept production
What We're Looking For
- Proven track record working on complex, production-grade AI systems
- Deep expertise in ML, LLMs, and data-centric systems
- Strong experience in model training, fine-tuning, and evaluation
- Exceptional engineering skills (Python, system design, scalable architectures)
- Ability to think independently and operate at a high level of ownership
- Strong drive to build something meaningful and technically ambitious
