- As a member of the Founders Team at ITILITE, you will drive high impact, high priority cross-functional initiatives critical to the company's growth.
- The role offers an opportunity to work with key functions including Customer Success, Partnerships, Product, Supply, and Finance.
- You will have significant autonomy to identify priorities, decide action plans, and execute them effectively (independently as also in collaboration with different teams).
- Within the first year, we expect you to manage teams and own their performance outcomes.

Ideal Candidate Profile:
Experience: At least 3 years of experience, with at least 1+ years in similar roles in high growth startups.
Criteria that would you make a good fit for the role:
- You are a problem solving ninja, and have the ability to adapt (and thrive) when faced with new challenges
- Highly analytical and comfortable with data analytics tools like Excel (good to be able to write SQL queries, google appscripts, build AI workflows)
- Comfortable with technology, and have the ability to dive deep into aspects like API's if needed
- Setting high-performance standards (and moving people to make it happen!)
- Good to have previous experience in customer facing roles
