Founders Office (Strategy & Operations) - Job Overview

As part of the Founders Office, you will serve as a critical partner to the founders, translating high-level strategic initiatives into actionable plans and supporting the company's rapid growth. This role involves a unique blend of strategy, operations, and generalist responsibilities across functions, including sales, marketing, and organizational development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with founders to define and implement the company's strategic roadmap, focusing on growth in sales, marketing, and operations.
  • Oversee workflows and processes to enhance scalability, efficiency, and cross functional communication.
  • Drive sales and marketing initiatives, developing data-driven strategies for lead generation, customer engagement, and brand visibility.
  • Provide strategic insights, manage key projects, and coordinate high-profile initiatives with an emphasis on business growth.
  • Advise founders on strategic and operational matters, support team skill development, and foster a culture of innovation and collaboration.

Qualification:

  • Experience: Minimum 1- 2 years in a Top Tier consulting firm (MBB) and/or a year of founder's office, business analyst, project management, or analytics role in a high-growth environment, preferably within SaaS or consumer start-up.
  • Business Acumen: Strong understanding of business strategy with the ability to synthesize complex goals into actionable plans.
  • Analytical Skills: Skilled in data analysis and presentation, with the ability to draw insights from data and make data-driven recommendations.
  • Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to foster strong relationships and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Organizational Skills: Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously with a high level of organization.
  • Industry Knowledge: Experience in healthcare or technology is preferred but not required.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, or related field; an advanced degree is a plus.
