Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Initiatives & Founder's Office
- Work directly with founders on high-impact projects (GTM, partnerships, new initiatives)
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and business planning
- Drive execution of key strategic priorities across teams
- Prepare business reports, dashboards, and presentations
- Business Operations
- Track key metrics and ensure alignment with company goals
- Identify operational gaps and drive process improvements
- Coordinate across Product, Tech, Sales, and Operations teams
- Ensure timely execution of cross-functional initiatives
- Partnerships & Business Development
- Support strategic partnerships (fintech, enterprise, ONDC ecosystem, etc.)
- Create pitch decks, proposals, and commercial models
- Drive follow-ups and assist in deal closures
- HR & People Operations
- Manage end-to-end recruitment (JD creation, sourcing, screening, coordination)
- Drive onboarding and ensure a smooth new joiner experience
- Support performance management processes (reviews, goal setting)
- Build and maintain HR policies, processes, and documentation
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and culture-building activities
- Handle basic HR operations (attendance, records, vendor coordination, if any)
