About the Role

As a Sales and Marketing Intern in the Founders Office, you will work directly with the founders and core team in a high-impact, fast-paced environment. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a growing MedTech startup, contributing to go-to-market strategies for a cutting-edge healthtech product targeting doctors, clinics, hospitals, medical colleges, and institutional partners. You will support end-to-end sales and marketing efforts, from lead generation to customer engagement, while learning about B2B sales in the healthcare sector.

Key Responsibilities

1) Market Research & Lead Generation: Identify and research potential customers (general physicians, cardiologists, clinics, hospitals, medical colleges, government health programs) across India.

2) Sales Support: Assist in outreach via calls, emails, LinkedIn, and demos; schedule product demonstrations; follow up on leads to convert them into sales.

3) Event & Partnership Support: Help organize webinars, demos at medical conferences, CMEs, and partnerships with telehealth platforms or institutions.

4) Customer Engagement: Gather feedback from doctors/users, assist in creating case studies/testimonials, and support customer success initiatives.

5) Analytics & Reporting: Track sales pipelines, marketing ROI, and prepare reports for the founders.

6) Health Screening Camps: Coordinate and execute health camps

What We're Looking For

  • Current students or recent graduates (MBA/BBA/Engineering/Life Sciences preferred; open to enthusiastic candidates from any background).
  • Strong interest in healthcare, MedTech, sales, and start-ups.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written English; Hindi/regional languages a plus).
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable with cold outreach.
  • Passion for impact-driven work in healthtech.
