What We're Looking For
- 1–2 years of experience in sales, BD, or account management at a fintech, NBFC, or bank
- You've run outreach before - cold LinkedIn, email sequences, follow-ups - and have meetings to show for it
- You understand the BFSI landscape well enough to identify a good prospect from a bad one
- Strong written communication - your outreach doesn't read like a template
- CRM discipline - HubSpot or equivalent, no gaps in logging
What You'll Do
- Own top-of-funnel - research target accounts, identify decision-makers, run personalised outreach
- Book qualified meetings for the leadership team
- Manage and update the CRM across all active accounts
- Work closely with the Founder on messaging, positioning, and account strategy
