Role Overview

We are aNew Yorkbased debt relief and financial services firmproviding debt negotiation, settlement, and consulting solutions for businesses. We are hiring ahigh-performing Partnership Specialistto build, close, and scale partnerships that directly drivequalified leads and revenue.

This role requiresfull ownership of partnershipsfrom sourcing and negotiations to launch, performance tracking, and optimization. You will work closely with senior leadership and have direct accountability for results.

This isnota support or relationship-only role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and sourcehigh-impact referral and affiliate partners(agencies, publishers, consultants, platforms)
  • Lead outbound outreach and commercial discussions with senior decision-makers
  • Structure and negotiate partnership models (CPA, revenue share, referral agreements)
  • Own partner onboarding, activation, and ongoing performance management
  • Scale top-performing partnerships and sunset underperforming ones
  • Build repeatable partnership frameworks and pipelines

Requirements (Non-Negotiable)

  • Proven experiencepersonally closing partnerships
  • Strong commercial mindset with clear revenue ownership
  • Excellent negotiation and deal-structuring skills
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Foreign-educated background preferred
  • 10/10 written and verbal communication skills(must be clearly evident)
  • Comfort workingUS EST hours

  • Experience indebt relief, financial services, or lead-generation businesses
  • Startup or high-growth company experience
  • Strong CRM discipline and reporting capability
  • Experience managing partnerships
