We are looking for an exceptionally driven, proactive, and execution-oriented Founder's Office Intern who will work directly with the Founder and play a key role in Starplify's growth journey.
This is not a conventional internship. It is designed for individuals who want to gain hands-on experience in startup building, business strategy, fundraising, partnerships, operations, execution, and scaling while working closely with the Founder.
Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
- Work directly with the Founder to plan and execute strategic business initiatives.
- Assist in developing business roadmaps, expansion plans, and growth strategies.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and identify new business opportunities.
- Support business development by connecting with recruiters, brands, production houses, casting agencies, talent seekers, and strategic partners.
- Assist in onboarding recruiters, partners, and other stakeholders onto the platform.
- Coordinate partnership discussions and contribute to business collaboration initiatives.
- Support founder-led projects by ensuring timely execution and effective coordination across teams.
- Prepare presentations, reports, pitch decks, and business documents for strategic meetings.
- Assist with investor communications, fundraising activities, and follow-up tasks.
- Support hiring activities, including candidate sourcing, interview coordination, and recruitment operations.
- Track project progress, monitor deadlines, and ensure timely completion of assigned deliverables.
- Help streamline internal processes and contribute to operational improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve business challenges and execute high-priority initiatives.
- Participate in networking events, meetings, and strategic discussions to support business growth.
- Perform additional responsibilities as required to support the company's growth and operational objectives.
