Founder's Office Intern
Location: Bangalore (Koramangala, in-office)
Stipend: ₹10,000/month
Duration: Minimum 2 months (non-negotiable)
Timings: 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM, 5 days a week (strictly in-office)
Start: Immediate
What this role is
You will work directly with the founder of away.center.
This is a high-intensity, zero-handholding role where you'll operate across strategy, sales, operations, and increasingly: AI-driven execution and tooling.
You are not here to assist.
You are here to think, build, and execute.
What you'll actually do
This role is fluid. But broadly:
1. AI-first execution
- Use GPT, Claude, and other tools daily for real work
- Build workflows, prompts, and internal systems
- Automate repetitive tasks across sales, ops, and marketing
- Experiment with agents and no-code / low-code tools
2. Tool building
- Build small internal tools, dashboards, or automations
- Use vibe coding / AI-assisted coding to ship fast
- Work with APIs, integrations, or simple frontends where needed
3. Founder leverage
- Break down problems and structure solutions
- Draft sharp emails, proposals, and documents
- Support live deals, partnerships, and decisions
- Plug gaps anywhere in the company
Non-negotiables
Do not apply if any of this doesn't work for you:
- You are already fluent with GPT / Claude (not beginner level)
- You have actually used AI tools to build or automate something
- You can figure things out independently without constant guidance
- You are available in-office, 11 to 7, 5 days a week
- You can commit for at least 2 months
