Job Description

Duration: 3–6 months (full-time internship)

Eligibility: Students / Recent graduates (0-1 years experience, freshers welcome)

About The Role

We're looking for a Founders Office Intern to work closely with leadership and support a large portfolio of 75+ named accounts, spanning multiple product lines (Empuls, Compass, Loyalife, Loopr, Plum). This is a great opportunity for a student or recent graduate to gain hands-on exposure to how a fast-moving B2B SaaS business runs — working across sales, operations, and leadership priorities. You'll be organized, communicate well, and be comfortable picking up AI tools and CRM systems to keep pipeline data clean and up to date.

What You'll Do

  • Maintain and update a live account/deal tracker across a large named-account portfolio, with AE assignments and status remarks kept current
  • Support CRM operations in HubSpot: pull deal data, update stages/owners, and help keep the pipeline clean and accurate
  • Coordinate with sales teams across segments (India, SEA, API, GCC, Farming, SMB Hunting) and multiple AEs to collect updates and keep data current
  • Follow up with Legal and sales reps on pending agreements (MSAs, NDAs, renewals) to help move them toward closure
  • Cross-check sales activity (meetings, calls, follow-ups) against CRM records to flag anything missed
  • Help identify dormant or disengaged accounts and flag them to the relevant account owners
  • Support outbound/hunting efforts (e.g., LinkedIn-based outreach lists) for new deal generation
  • Prepare regular status reports and simple dashboards/trackers for leadership using Excel and AI tools
  • Get direct exposure to founder-level priorities and decision-making by supporting cross-functional initiatives as they come up

What We're Looking For

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree (any discipline); 0-1 years of experience, freshers encouraged to apply
  • Strong communication skills — comfortable following up with people across teams and functions
  • Good cross-functional collaboration skills — able to work with sales, legal, and leadership
  • Comfortable using AI tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT) to speed up day-to-day work like summarizing, drafting, and organizing data
  • Basic working knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets (formulas, filters, simple tables)
  • High ownership, attention to detail, and willingness to learn CRM tools like HubSpot on the job
  • Organized and reliable in managing repetitive, detail-heavy tracking work

Nice to Have

  • Prior exposure to any CRM tool (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, etc.)
  • Interest in sales operations, business operations, founder's office roles, or B2B SaaS
