Job Description

Work directly with the founders on core growth initiatives spanning revenue generation and brand building. This is a high-ownership, hands-on role covering outbound sales execution, founder-led deal support, social media & content amplification, and strategic experiments designed to give real exposure to how an early-stage tech company scales.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Execute outbound sales workflows: prospecting, lead research, follow-ups
  2. Assist founders in sales calls, proposals, and client communication
  3. Research target markets, ICPs, and competitors
  4. Brainstorm and execute viral social media campaigns.
  5. Help with sales decks, outreach messages, and growth experiments

Role Structure:

This role operates across two growth tracks within the Founder's Office:

  1. Revenue Execution: outbound sales, deal support, pipeline intelligence
  2. Brand & Demand: Social media, content distribution, founder amplification

Your primary track will be defined early based on strengths, while maintaining cross-exposure to both.
