Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram as a Founders Office Intern at Torrocks. In this position, you will work closely with the founding team, assisting in strategic planning, research, and day-to-day operations. Responsibilities include conducting market analysis, supporting business development efforts, preparing reports and presentations, managing administrative tasks, and acting as a liaison between departments. This role offers dynamic exposure to various aspects of the business, requiring adaptability and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Qualifications

  • Strong research, data analysis, and problem-solving skills to support strategic planning and market analysis.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication for preparing reports, presentations, and internal/external coordination.
  • Organizational and time management skills to handle administrative tasks and prioritize responsibilities effectively.
  • Adaptability and willingness to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; experience with project management tools is a plus.
  • Educational background in Business, Management, Marketing, or a related field (Bachelor's degree or pursuing final year preferred).
  • Prior experience in internships or projects related to business strategy, marketing, or operations is advantageous.
