About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on executioner to work closely with the Founder and take

ownership of day-to-day execution across operations, vendors, partners, and expansion

initiatives. This is a hands-on execution role, not advisory or strategy-only, suited for someone

who enjoys getting things done, managing multiple stakeholders, building structure in a

fast-moving startup environment, and is committed to growing with the organization long term.

You will act as the central execution anchor, ensuring plans translate into real outcomes across

online and offline channels.

Key Responsibilities

Work closely with the Founder to convert strategic priorities into clear execution plans,

timelines, and deliverables.

Own end-to-end execution across business functions, ensuring tasks move from

planning to closure with accountability.

Manage external partners and vendors, including:

Manufacturers and production partners

Logistics and warehouse partners

Offline distributors, retailers, and channel partners

Technology and service vendors

Oversee day-to-day operations, including inventory movement, warehousing

coordination, dispatches, and service-level adherence.

Coordinate execution across online and offline channels, ensuring alignment between

marketing, sales, fulfillment, and customer experience.

Act as the single point of ownership for execution across teams and partners, tracking

progress, following up, resolving blockers, and closing open loops.

Support market and channel expansion initiatives, including onboarding new partners,

managing pilots, and scaling proven channels.

Build and maintain execution trackers, SOPs, dashboards, and documentation to bring

structure and predictability to operations.

What We're Looking For

Experience in operations, execution, business management, or founder's

office roles, preferably in startups, consumer brands, or high-growth environments.

Proven experience managing multiple vendors, partners, or agencies simultaneously.

Strong execution mindset with the ability to prioritise, follow through, and deliver in

ambiguous environments.

Excellent coordination and communication skills, comfortable working across functions

and with external stakeholders.

Strong problem-solving skills and a bias toward action.

Comfortable working closely with founders and taking ownership without constant

direction. Comfortable travelling to other locations for the expansion plans
