Job Description

Founder's Office Intern — GTM & Partnerships (Generalist)

About the job

You'll sit close to the founders and work across influencer management, partnerships, and GTM execution for an agency helping AI-native devtool and platform companies grow — plus whatever else the founders office needs on a given week. This is a generalist operating role: the scope will shift as priorities shift, and you'll be expected to pick up new workstreams quickly rather than stay in one lane.

Setup

  • Remote, internship
  • Direct reporting to the founders office

What you'll be doing

  • Influencer & creator management — sourcing and coordinating creators for client campaigns, drafting outreach, tracking deliverables and timelines, and handling day-to-day campaign logistics (including things like invoice follow-ups)
  • Partnerships — helping identify and reach out to potential partners, and supporting relationship management as those partnerships develop
  • GTM support — contributing to content and community-marketing efforts (including Reddit-native strategy), helping build and refine sales collateral, and supporting execution of broader go-to-market plans
  • Whatever else comes up — founder's office work is inherently undefined; expect to help with hiring, research, ops, or one-off projects outside the above as needed

Who you are

  • A true generalist — comfortable switching between outreach, research, ops, and content work in the same day without needing a fixed job description
  • Organized and detail-oriented — you can juggle multiple creator/partner threads without dropping deadlines
  • A clear communicator, comfortable drafting outreach and following up professionally
  • Genuinely interested in the AI/devtools space and how GTM works for technical products
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and moving fast in a small team — you'll figure things out and ask good questions rather than wait for detailed instructions
  • Self-driven; can work independently once given direction

Nice to have

  • Prior exposure to influencer marketing, partnerships, or B2B GTM (internship or otherwise)
  • Familiarity with the AI/devtools/developer platform space
  • Any experience with Reddit or online community dynamics
  • Interest in eventually moving into a growth, marketing, or founder's office career track
