About the Role

As part of the Founder's Office, you will work directly with the Founder and Chief of Staff to design and execute growth, branding, and virality strategies for INDmoney. This is a high-ownership role for someone who understands how trends, and creative storytelling drive business growth. You'll be scripting narratives, strategically mapping out cultural trends thereby shaping how INDmoney brand differentiates in the market. It is the perfect role for someone who loves intersecting data with creativity and is not shy of multi-tasking, program management, problem-solving and setting up scaled systems.

What We're Looking For

• Strong problem solving skills - Previous roles such as : Founder's office, Growth, Consulting/ FinTech or hardocre media and creative roles.
• Ability to negotiate with external agencies and constituents and at the same time be able to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
• Passionate about virality, creative content and storytelling and intersecting the same with data.
• Educational background: Distinguished performance at a top university.
• Should have a grasp around virality mechanics.
• Comfort working in fast-paced, ambiguous, small-team environments.
