Location: Bangalore (preferred) Type: Full-time Compensation: 30,000 - 40,000/month (subject to revision in 3 months)

The Role

You'll work directly with me on everything GTM, You'll own Outcomes.

What You'll Do

Scale what's working. We've run GTM experiments that are showing traction. Your job is to take them from 1x to 10x.

Run new experiments. Not everything will work. You'll design, execute, and learn from new GTM bets. Fast cycles. Real feedback.

Learn by doing. You'll see how a funded startup operates up close. Product decisions, customer conversations, investor updates, all of it.

Who You Are

• Software Engineer Looking for a switch to Go To Market roles
• CS graduate (important) - You understand the product and can speak to technical buyers
• Fresher or early career - Hungry to learn, no that's not my job energy
• Interested in GTM, not coding - You could code, but you'd rather build markets than features
• High agency - You figure things out. You don't wait to be told.
• Strong written communication - LinkedIn, email, docs. Words are your weapon.
