Job Description

Founder's Office – Supply Chain, Marketing Ops & HR

Location : Indiranagar, Bangalore (On-site)

Type: Full-time | In-office

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM, Monday to Saturday

Sunday fixed off

Reports To: Co-Founders

About the Role

This is a high-ownership, execution-first role working directly with the founders to build and scale Famyo's core operations. You will sit at the intersection of product supply chain, hiring, and marketing execution, helping build systems, processes, and company DNA from the ground up.

Ideal for someone who thrives in ambiguity, moves fast, and wants a front-row seat to building a consumer brand from zero to scale.

Key Responsibilities

Supply Chain, Product & Ops

  • Coordinate with vendors, manufacturers, and logistics partners for procurement and inwarding

  • Monitor stock movement across D2C, Amazon, Q-commerce, and retail channels

  • Track POs, lead times, GRNs, and ensure on-time deliveries

  • Support new product inwarding, barcode creation, and dispatch readiness

  • Own product supply chain and R&D setup — identify manufacturers, evaluate capabilities, and help set up product-wise manufacturing pipelines

  • Work closely with founders to build scalable, repeatable manufacturing and sourcing processes for new product categories

Marketing & Influencer Operations

  • Support execution of marketing operations, including coordination with creators and influencers

  • Manage outreach, onboarding, tracking deliverables, and basic reporting for influencer collaborations

  • Act as an execution bridge between founders, marketing agencies, and internal teams

HR & Hiring Operations

  • Own end-to-end hiring operations: JD creation, screening, interview coordination, and follow-ups

  • Maintain candidate pipelines across ops, marketing, creative, and intern roles

Drive onboarding, documentation, and first-week setup for new hires

  • Assist founders in shaping early team culture and setting up lightweight HR processes

Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of experience in operations, supply chain, or Founder's Office roles

  • Strong execution skills with high attention to detail

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination abilities

  • Comfortable switching contexts quickly in a fast-moving startup environment

  • Bias for action, ownership mindset, and problem-solving attitude
