Key Responsibilities
- Support the founder in managing and executing key projects, ensuring deadlines and milestones are met.
- Assist in day-to-day operations, including scheduling meetings, coordinating travel arrangements, and handling administrative tasks.
- Use spreadsheets and AI tools to track and analyze data, providing valuable insights to drive decision-making.
- Solve problems efficiently and effectively, using critical thinking and creative solutions.
- Communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing, with internal and external stakeholders.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with team members and coordinate across departments and business units to streamline processes.
