We are seeking a full-time team member for the Founder's Office in our Bengaluru office. This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with the founder, taking on strategic projects that shape TerraTern's growth, innovation, and product development.

Role Overview

As part of the Founder's Office, you will engage in high-impact projects across business strategy, product development, and operational optimization. This role is ideal for someone with an entrepreneurial mindset, eager to contribute to TerraTern's mission through strategic and hands-on involvement in building products, enhancing operations, and driving growth.

What You'll Be Doing

Business Strategy & Market Analysis: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities, product-market fit, and strategic positioning. Provide actionable insights to the founder and leadership team.

Product Development & Turnaround: Spearhead the development of a new product or revamp existing products, overseeing each stage from ideation to launch and optimization.

P&L and Performance Management: Take ownership of the product's profit and loss (P&L), set key performance metrics, and create strategies for revenue generation, cost optimization, and efficiency.

Go-to-Market Strategy: Develop and implement go-to-market strategies for new products, working closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to drive successful launches.

Operational Strategy & Efficiency: Identify and apply process improvements to enhance operational efficiency across functions, supporting TerraTern's scalability.

Stakeholder Engagement & Communication: Collaborate with teams such as Design, Engineering, Marketing, Legal, and Financial Crime to ensure effective project execution and maintain alignment with company goals.

Risk Assessment & Compliance: Monitor potential risks related to product development, market entry, and regulatory compliance, collaborating with Legal and Compliance teams as needed.

What You'll Need

  • A degree in a quantitative discipline from a top-tier university.
  • Experience in a dynamic environment, preferably at a high-growth tech startup, strategy consulting firm, investment bank, or similar is a plus.
  • Passion for the immigration, education, or consultancy sectors is a plus.
  • Strong skills in stakeholder management, team collaboration, and problem-solving.
