Role Description

At UVA, we're looking for someone to work closely with the founders on driving business development, partnerships, and market expansion for DP360 as a primary focus, while also contributing to selected growth opportunities across the company's services and new product initiatives.

This is a founding-stage opportunity with meaningful ownership and direct involvement in go-to-market execution, client acquisition, strategic partnerships, and market-building efforts.

This is not a conventional fixed-salary role at the current stage. It is an equity-based / performance-linked opportunity, intended for someone who values long-term upside, ownership, and the chance to build alongside the team from an early stage.

Qualifications

• Strong business development and client relationship management skills
• Proficiency in market research, data analysis, and crafting growth strategies
• Excellent organizational and communication skills, including presentation creation
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and support leadership
• Experience in analytics, AI, or technology services is a plus
• Proficiency in common office and collaboration tools
• A solution-oriented approach and a keen interest in technical and business innovations
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
