Key Responsibilities

• Run onboarding for each new brand, including kickoff, data access, event mapping, channel setup, and the first campaign.
• Work with the client's tech team to integrate events and customer data into Comify through APIs, SDKs, CSV, or warehouse exports.
• Translate business goals such as repeat purchases, win-back, and cart recovery into use cases that the decisioning engine can run.
• Unblock delays on both sides by following up with client IT, legal, and marketing teams and escalating clear, reproducible issues to internal engineers.
• Maintain the client pipeline and delivery tracker.
• Prepare monthly investor and board updates.
• Support hiring operations and internal tooling, including AI workflows used by the team daily.
