Founders Office Associate- Growth & Product Ops (Full-Time)

Hiring: Founder's Office Associate (Full-Time | Remote)

We're building Gynexa, a women's health platform using a gender-sensitive lens and we're looking for a smart generalist who loves solving real problems and wants to help build from Day 0.

You'll work on:

* User testing & product improvements

* Social media & content

* Provider onboarding

* Product ops, QA, docs & processes

You're someone who:

* Has 13 years of experience in product, content, ops, research or a generalist role

* Has a strong bias for action

* Communicates clearly (written + visual)

* Is curious, organised, and loves fast-paced work

* Has experience in product design (desirable)

Skills that help:

* User research & feedback synthesis

* Tech/tool comfort, for example (must be conversant with a couple of these) Notion, Airtable, Figma, Google Workspace, Canva, basic analytics tools

* Light design + social media writing

* Process building & ops coordination

* Data comfort + structured documentation

Bonus: healthcare, community building, or early-startup experience.
