About GalaxEyeGalaxEye is building next-generation earth observation solutions through advanced multi-sensor satellite and aerial platforms. The Founder's Office plays a critical role in enabling the leadership team to focus on strategic growth while ensuring operational, financial and regulatory rigor across the organisation.
Role OverviewSupport fundraising initiatives including investor outreach, data room preparation and due diligence coordination.
Assist in preparation of investor updates, financial summaries and board materials.
Coordinate with finance and legal on shareholder documentation and closing processes.
Ensure compliance with corporate, regulatory, and contractual obligations, including MCA, startup and defence/space-related norms (as applicable).
Coordinate audits, certifications, and regulatory filings with internal teams and external consultants.
Build internal compliance trackers and ensure timely closure of obligations.
Act as a thought partner and execution arm for the management on strategic and operational priorities.
Drive cross-functional initiatives that require alignment across operations.
Prepare briefs, presentations and decision notes for internal and external stakeholders.
Follow up on key action items from leadership discussions and ensure execution.
Bachelor's degree required in Commerce, Economics, Arts or equivalent qualification required. MBA, CA, CS, CFA, LLB additional qualification preferred but not mandatory.
26 years of experience in Founder's Office, Strategy, Investment Banking, Consulting, Venture Capital, Corporate Finance, or Compliance roles.
Prior experience in a startup, deep-tech, aerospace, defence, or regulated industry is a strong plus.
Strong analytical, documentation, and presentation skills.
Working knowledge of fundraising processes, corporate governance, and compliance frameworks.
Excellent stakeholder management and coordination abilities.
High ownership, ability to work with ambiguity, and bias for execution.
Discretion and integrity in handling confidential matters.
Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and written communication.
Direct exposure to founders and board-level decision making.
