About Datavio
Datavio is a supply chain automation software built for consumer brands. We help brands build complex workflows across internal systems and public marketplace data — enabling smarter decision-making, operational efficiency, and better customer experiences.
The Role
This is not a typical entry-level role. As a Founder's Office Associate, you will sit at the center of everything — working directly with the founders across product, marketing, sales, customer success, design, and more. You will see how decisions get made, contribute to them, and own meaningful pieces of the work.
This is the right role for someone who is early in their career and wants to understand what it really takes to build a startup — and is willing to roll up their sleeves to be part of it. You will be expected to move fast, take ownership, and grow quickly.
What You'll Do
Your work will span the full business. No two weeks will look the same.

- Help create content — from product updates and newsletters to social and website copy
- Support go-to-market planning for new features and campaigns
Sales
- Assist in lead research, prospecting, and pipeline tracking
- Help prepare pitch decks, proposals, and outreach materials
- Sit in on sales and customer calls; take notes, spot patterns, and share observations

- Get involved in building customer workflows and configured dashboards
Founder's Office
- Attend key meetings, capture notes, track action items, and follow through
- Own and execute special projects that cut across multiple functions
- Research topics critical to current priorities — investors, partnerships, industry trends
What We're Looking For
- High ownership mindset — you care about outcomes, not just checking boxes
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities without losing attention to detail
- Comfort with ambiguity and a bias toward action
- Curiosity about startups, product, and how businesses are built
- Basic familiarity with data — SQL knowledge is preferred or a willingness to learn
- Willingness to get your hands dirty in deeply technical aspects of workflow creation and automation
Nice to Have
- Exposure to BI tools like Looker Studio, PowerBI, or Appsmith
- Basic coding skills in Python or JavaScript
- 0–1 years of experience in a startup, agency, or fast-paced environment OR experience across multiple startups
- Interest in ecommerce, supply chain, or B2B SaaS
- Exposure to agentic automation tools
Who This Is For
Open to fresh graduates and candidates with up to 2 years of experience. We care far more about your attitude, curiosity, and work ethic than your degree or prior titles. If you are the kind of person who takes initiative, communicates clearly, and genuinely wants to learn how a startup is built — we want to talk to you.
What You Get
- Competitive full-time compensation
- Direct access to and mentorship from the founder
- Exposure to every function of an early-stage AI startup
- A strong foundation if you want to build, join, or invest in startups in the future
- Fast career growth — high performers take on more responsibility quickly
