Key Skillsets I would be looking from you,
Project & Operations Management - You'll track client roadmaps, host internal sprints, spot bottlenecks, and hold our delivery teams accountable to deadlines.
Executive Manager: You'll manage to filter out the noise, protect my calendar, and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
Growth (Events & Partnerships): You will end-to-end manage our closed-door roundtables, webinars, and ecosystem community partnerships to bring high-intent B2B prospects into our world.
Who Can Apply
1 You're a growth focused, hi-professional communicator who can seamlessly manage internal team heads and clients.
2 Been a Business Development manager or an Intrapreneur who has experience in the Growth Journey of a company.
3 You have 3 to 6 years of experience in growth marketing or startup operations or founder's office. (First Priority is for Ex-founders who built a boutique agency or startup to apply!)
4 Open for domestic travel to co-manage high-value events and client pitches.
