About Huzzle Labs

Huzzle Labs builds RL environments for frontier AI labs. We work with leading AI labs and enterprises to create high-quality evaluation datasets and reinforcement learning environments that help train and evaluate the next generation of AI models.

We're looking for a highly ambitious Founder's Associate to work directly with the CEO on the company's most important strategic initiatives.

This is a generalist role for someone who wants to learn how a high-growth AI company is built from the inside.

What You'll Do

You will work directly with the CEO across a wide range of projects, including:

Special Projects

- Lead strategic initiatives from idea to execution

- Conduct market research and competitive analysis

- Build business cases for new products, verticals, and partnerships

- Coordinate cross-functional projects across sales, operations, product, and research

- Solve high-priority problems as they emerge

Business Development

- Identify and research potential customers, partners, and acquisition opportunities

- Support enterprise sales conversations with AI labs and large organizations

- Prepare outreach campaigns, partnership proposals, and meeting materials

- Build and maintain relationships with key industry stakeholders

- Help drive strategic partnerships from first conversation to signed agreement

Who We're Looking For

You may be a fit if you:

- Have 1-4 years of experience in consulting, investment banking, venture capital, startups, private equity, or a high-performance operating role

- Are highly analytical and comfortable working with ambiguity

- Can independently take ownership of projects and drive outcomes

- Have exceptional written and verbal communication skills

- Are resourceful, proactive, and execution-oriented

- Want to build a company rather than optimize a small part of one

Bonus points if you:

- Have experience in AI, software, or technology businesses

- Have worked directly with founders or senior executives

- Have built something yourself (startup, project, community, etc.)

Location: remote

Compensation: ₹18 Lakhs to ₹44 Lakhs (Lakhs Per Annum) - depending on experience level
