Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Founder at TFF Group. You will be responsible for setting the company's vision, shaping strategic priorities, and driving growth. Daily responsibilities include leading market research, developing advanced trading strategies, overseeing risk management protocols, and ensuring adherence to disciplined financial practices. You will engage with collaborators, manage stakeholder relationships, and foster a culture centered on structured execution and capital protection. Additional responsibilities may include mentoring team members and continuously enhancing trading methodologies.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in financial market research, market structure analysis, and liquidity mapping
• Proficiency in Smart Money Concepts (SMC), order block identification, and trade journaling
• Advanced understanding of risk management principles, capital preservation, and structured scaling models
• Strong leadership, team-building, and decision-making skills with a focus on clarity and discipline
• Innovative problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities
• Proficiency in trading major Forex pairs and commodities such as Gold (XAUUSD)
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work remotely
• Previous experience in trading, finance, or related industries is highly beneficial
