Job Description
Job title: Content & Community Associate (Founder's Office – Social Media)
Company: The Cinnamon Kitchen
Location: New Delhi (On-site)
Employment type: Full-time
Salary: 30,000 – 50,000 per month
Description:
I'm Priyasha Saluja, founder of The Cinnamon Kitchen. We're a plant-based, gluten-free, refined-sugar-free brand that I started from my home kitchen with 50,000. You might have seen us on Shark Tank India Season 3.
I'm building my personal voice on Instagram and LinkedIn. It's honest, funny and founder-led: what building a food brand actually looks like, the food I make, and life in between. I'm looking for someone to build it with me.
This isn't a post 3 times a week from a brief job. You'll be around me with a phone, catching the real moments and turning them into content people save, share and come back to.
What you'll do
- Shoot reels and stories with me on your phone: planned sessions twice a week, plus everyday moments at the kitchen, office and events
- Direct me casually on camera (say that again, but funnier)
- Edit quick content yourself: stories, simple reels, photo dumps. A freelance editor handles the bigger reels.
- Post on Instagram and LinkedIn as per our monthly calendar
- Reply to comments and DMs in my voice
- Run my Instagram broadcast channel
- Join our monthly content brainstorm and share a short weekly performance report
You'll fit if you
- Have made phone-shot reels you're proud of, for yourself, a creator or a brand
- Know why a reel works: the hook, the timing, the audio
- Write sharp, funny captions in Hinglish and English
- Edit fast in CapCut, VN or InShot
- Are easygoing, confident and comfortable working closely with a founder
- Bonus: you care about food, wellness or startups
What doesn't matter: a degree, a fancy camera, or years of agency experience. I'm looking for taste.
How to apply
Apply here and send us:
- Links to 3 reels you've shot and edited
- One paragraph on a reel of mine you'd have made differently, and how
