Role Description
The Founder's Office at Zoomies is the highest-exposure role in the company. You will work across strategy, operations, marketing, and growth, moving between 30,000-foot thinking and ground-level execution in the same day. This is for someone who is sharp, proactive, and ready to operate well above their designation.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Work directly with the founders on strategic priorities — market research, competitive analysis, business planning, and investor materials.
- Own and drive cross-functional projects end-to-end across marketing, ops, tech, and CX — from brief to execution to review.
- Build dashboards and reporting frameworks to give founders real-time visibility into key business metrics.
- Lead special initiatives — new channel launches, partnership rollouts, category expansion, or launch-readiness projects.
- Conduct primary and secondary research to inform product, pricing, and distribution decisions.
- Prepare crisp presentations, memos, and reports for internal reviews and external stakeholders.
Must Have Qualifications
- 1-3 years in consulting, investment banking, product management, or a founders office at a startup.
- Exceptional structured thinking — you can break down ambiguous problems and present clear solutions.
- Strong written and verbal communication — you write tight, present confidently, and listen well.
- High ownership — you close loops, follow through, and never need to be chased.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel/Sheets and PowerPoint/Slides — you build decks and models from scratch.
Good to Have
- Prior D2C or consumer brand exposure.
- Experience with fundraising support or financial modelling.
- MBA from a reputed institution — preferred, not mandatory.
