Growth Lead (India & US)
Type: Full-time
Location: Bangalore preferred (Remote considered with overlap in US working hours)
Compensation: 7LPA - 10LPA
The two markets, honestly
- The US is where the willingness to pay lives. Growth there is ASO, creator and UGC, paid experiments, and subscription monetization, with a higher cost to acquire and a higher return.
- India is where low-cost volume and the on-ground vet and clinic motion live. Growth there is organic, vernacular, partnerships, and field, with a lower cost to acquire and a different path to revenue.
You will run a real, deliberate playbook for each. If you think the same tactics work in both, this is not your role.
What You'll Own
- The growth number across both markets, from acquisition through retention to monetization.
- A separate, intentional strategy for the US and for India.
- The experiment engine: hypotheses, tests, reading the data in PostHog, and killing what does not work fast.
- ASO across both stores and both markets.
- Creator and UGC pipelines, built to run from India and feed both markets.
- A close partnership with the founding growth engineer, who builds the loops you design, and the content writer, who feeds the channels.
Must have
- You have actually grown a consumer app, with numbers you can walk through.
- You have grown deeply in at least one of these markets, and you have a credible, specific plan for the other.
- You are a hands-on operator. You run the experiments yourself, you do not just direct them.
- You are fluent in product analytics and you decide from data.
- You know ASO, creator and UGC, and organic, and you can hold your own in paid.
- You understand subscription monetization.

- Real experience across both India and the US.
- A pet, health, or wellness background.
- Early-stage, founder-led scrappiness.
