Role Summary

We seek a strategic generalist who has built before, failed, learned, and does not want a 9 to 5. You will work directly with the Founder at the intersection of strategy, operations, and growth to make Indraya a category defining D2C brand. You act as an extension of the Founder, driving critical projects and converting vision into measurable results.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Founder to drive D2C growth, operations, and GTM.
• Translate vision into execution across marketing, partnerships, and operations.
• Lead data driven decisions on revenue, product, and performance metrics.
• Coordinate agencies, vendors, and internal teams for speed and quality.
• Build scalable processes for brand, product, and growth.
• Identify opportunities for innovation, efficiency, and storytelling impact.
