At Yal, we are building the future of AI-powered communication. The CEO's Office is the nerve center of the company, and we are looking for a Founder's Office Lead who will serve as a true Force Multiplier.
This role is designed for someone who wants to sit at the intersection of deep tech and high-level strategy. You are not here to manage people; you are here to solve the most complex problems the company faces.

One day you will be deep in an AI/ML architecture discussion, ensuring the technical roadmap aligns with business goals. The next, you might be streamlining Mobile product sprints, managing investor relations, or building out the operational infrastructure for a new department. You are the person who can be dropped into any chaos and return with a structured solution.
Key Responsibilities
- Technical Proxy: Attend and lead critical meetings across AI/ML and Mobile functions. You will ensure the CEO's vision is communicated clearly and that technical action items are tracked to completion.
- Operational Execution: Take 0-to-1 ownership of high-priority projects—from vendor ecosystems to complex financial modeling and market entry strategies.
- Strategic Sounding Board: Critique product roadmaps and provide data-driven insights to help the CEO make high-stakes decisions.
- Cross-Functional Velocity: Act as the glue between the Engineering and Product teams to remove bottlenecks and accelerate deployment.
The Profile (we're looking for)
- Pedigree: B.Tech from a Tier-1 institution (IIT/BITS/NIT) and/or an MBA from a top-tier business school (IIM A/B/C, ISB).
- Technical IQ: You must be comfortable discussing LLMs, latency, tokenization, and Mobile UX/UI. You understand the trade-offs between building vs. buying in a tech stack.
- Experience: 2–4 years of experience in Management Consulting (MBB), Venture Capital, or a previous high-growth startup environment.
- Extreme Agency: You don't need a manual; you have the hustle to figure things out and the polish to represent the CEO in any room.
