We're looking for a sharp, proactive, and highly driven individual to join the Founder's Office at Walkover.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex problems, managing cross-functional initiatives, and working closely with founders to drive business growth, strategic execution, and product innovation.
You will act as an extension of the founderbringing clarity, structure, and momentum across the organization. Strong logic, result orientation, and the ability to work with diverse personalities (from Gen Z to Millennials) are essential.What You'll Do
- Work directly with the founders on strategic, operational, and product initiatives.
- Drive and manage high-priority projects across product, marketing, HR, operations, and business.
- Identify gaps in processes, communication, and workflows, and propose actionable improvements.
- Own special initiatives that contribute to company growth and cross-functional alignment.
- Follow up on tasks across teams to ensure accountability and progress.
- Help convert ambiguous problems into structured plans with logical, outcome-driven thinking.
