About the Role

We are looking for a high-ownership Founder's Office Generalist to work closely with the leadership team on high-impact business initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving ambiguous problems and has experience across GTM, strategy, operations, and sales enablement.

You will work on critical projects across functions, drive execution, and help turn strategic priorities into measurable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Founder and leadership team on key strategic and business initiatives.
• Support Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy, market research, customer segmentation, and growth initiatives.
• Drive cross-functional projects across sales, marketing, product, and operations.
• Build and improve business processes, dashboards, and operating mechanisms.
• Support sales enablement through research, pitch materials, competitive analysis, and GTM insights.
• Analyze business performance and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and growth.
• Take ownership of ambiguous problems and drive them from ideation to execution.
• Prepare presentations, business reports, and strategic recommendations for leadership.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in Founder's Office, Strategy, Consulting, GTM, Business Operations, Revenue Operations, or similar roles.
• Prior experience working in a startup or high-growth environment is preferred.
• Strong understanding of GTM, strategy, operations, and sales enablement.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work with data.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• High ownership, bias for action, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced and highly dynamic environment.
• Willingness to work night shifts and 6 days a week.

Someone who is a generalist at heart, enjoys solving complex business problems, and is comfortable moving between strategy and execution. You should be equally comfortable building a GTM plan, analyzing business data, improving an operational process, or enabling the sales team.
