About the Role

We are looking for a high-ownership Strategy & Operations Lead to work directly with the founder.

This is not an executive assistant role. You will take ownership of business priorities, strategy execution, operations, and cross-functional initiatives. We are looking for someone who can think strategically, execute independently, and challenge ideas constructively.

This is a long-term core team opportunity. Candidates must be willing and able to transition into a full-time role following funding.

Key Responsibilities

• Work with the founder on business strategy, planning, and execution.
• Own business operations, internal processes, and cross-functional coordination.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and business analysis.
• Drive strategic initiatives, partnerships, and business priorities.
• Coordinate across product, technology, marketing, and GTM teams.
• Support recruitment, team building, and investor-related preparation.
• Identify bottlenecks, solve problems, and ensure execution progress.

What We're Looking For

• 1–2 years of experience in strategy, business operations, startup operations, or a related role.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
• Strong ownership, accountability, and follow-through.
• Comfortable working in an early-stage startup environment.

Preferred: Experience in a startup, Founder's Office, product management, growth, or business development. Familiarity with AI or SaaS is a plus.
