About the Role

Our PM Executives handle the day-to-day campaign work across Google, Meta, and other channels. But there's a gap at the strategy and operations level. Someone needs to build the systems, dig into the data, improve lead quality, and fix the cross-functional issues that slow growth down. That's what this role is for.

As a Senior Executive in the Founder's Office (Performance Marketing), you will primarily work at a strategy and operations level. Your job is to make the PM Manager more effective and the PM Executives more efficient, by building systems, generating insights, and driving projects. That said, you'll also be jointly responsible for hitting PM targets, which means stepping into campaign execution when needed.

What You'll Do

  • Build dashboards and reporting frameworks that surface strategic insights, not just raw numbers
  • Automate reporting processes and ensure the right data reaches the right stakeholders at the right time
  • Analyse the lead funnel to identify systemic issues and improve cost per qualified lead
  • Build feedback loops between the PM team and Sales to address lead quality proactively rather than reactively
  • Create SOPs and playbooks that bring consistency to PM operations and reduce manual work for PM Executives
  • Research and evaluate new advertising channels beyond Google and Meta, and build pilot business cases with clear metrics
  • Lead cross-functional projects across PM, Sales, Product, and Tech to identify and resolve bottlenecks that limit performance marketing ROI
  • Work jointly with the PM team and be accountable for overall PM targets. Depending on what the business needs, this may include stepping in on campaign execution

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience in Performance Marketing, Growth, Analytics, Strategy, or Founder's Office roles (we value skill over tenure)
  • Strong analytical ability with comfort in Excel, dashboards, and data interpretation
  • Clear and structured communication skills, whether it's a Slack update or a presentation to leadership
  • A good understanding of paid channels (Google, Meta and more), even if you haven't been hands-on with campaign execution
  • A process-oriented mindset with a preference for building systems over doing repetitive tasks
  • High ownership and the ability to drive projects independently without waiting for direction

Our Interview Process:
