Job Description

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Founder's Office. In this role, you will be at the center of the company's operations and key priorities, working directly with the Founders on imperative strategic projects across various departments. Your contributions will significantly influence operational efficiency and aim to drive impactful change within the organization. Accountabilities

  • Drive key priorities of the Founders by program managing and coordinating with leaders across the organization.
  • Act as a versatile problem solver and team player to achieve key business outcomes.
  • Serve as a sounding board for ideas and initiatives, guiding the Founders on focus areas.
  • Manage scheduling and travel with the Founders to align long-term priorities.
  • Assist in drafting internal and external communications including reports and presentations.

Requirements

  • 6-8 years of relevant experience, preferably in the tech/startup space.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, changing work environment, managing multiple functions efficiently.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with competence in data analysis and trend identification.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships with various stakeholders.
