Role Description The Founder's Office role is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. This role supports the founders across strategy, operations, and special projects, acting as a bridge between vision and execution. Day-to-day responsibilities may include conducting market and competitor research, preparing business reports and dashboards, and coordinating cross-functional initiatives. The role also involves managing key internal and external communications, assisting with product and content roadmaps, and tracking progress on high-priority tasks and partnerships. The person in this role will work closely with the founding team to solve problems, streamline processes, and drive growth-focused initiatives.

- Candidates should possess strong analytical and research skills, including the ability to gather data, synthesize insights, and create clear reports and presentations.

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (such as Business, Engineering, Economics, or similar) is preferred; prior experience in a founder's office, consulting, operations, or strategy role is an advantage.
