The company offers directional, practice-oriented, and interview-focused content designed to make learners industry-ready in approximately two months. As a one-stop destination for aspiring and current product managers, Product Space emphasizes real-world scenarios and actionable frameworks. Team members work closely with learners and industry experts to continuously refine and expand the content library, ensuring it stays aligned with market needs and hiring expectations.
Role Description The Founder's Office role is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. This role supports the founders across strategy, operations, and special projects, acting as a bridge between vision and execution. Day-to-day responsibilities may include conducting market and competitor research, preparing business reports and dashboards, and coordinating cross-functional initiatives. The role also involves managing key internal and external communications, assisting with product and content roadmaps, and tracking progress on high-priority tasks and partnerships. The person in this role will work closely with the founding team to solve problems, streamline processes, and drive growth-focused initiatives.
Qualifications
  • Candidates should possess strong analytical and research skills, including the ability to gather data, synthesize insights, and create clear reports and presentations.
  • Candidates should possess excellent communication and collaboration skills to manage stakeholder interactions, draft professional documents, and coordinate cross-functional work.
  • Candidates should possess solid organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and follow through on execution.
  • Candidates should possess a good understanding of business, startups, or product-led companies, with interest in product management and tech-enabled education.
  • Candidates should possess proficiency in productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, slide decks, project management software) and be comfortable learning new tools quickly.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (such as Business, Engineering, Economics, or similar) is preferred; prior experience in a founder's office, consulting, operations, or strategy role is an advantage.
  • Candidates should possess a self-starter mindset, high ownership, and comfort working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment with direct interaction with founders.
