Position Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Founder's Office to support the Director across administrative, operational, and strategic functions. This role offers direct exposure to leadership and hands-on experience across multiple verticals including legal, finance, operations, and marketing.

Freshers with strong aptitude and willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the Director's calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel schedules
  • Coordinate and follow up on meetings with internal teams, clients, and external partners
  • Track daily tasks and ongoing projects using Zoho Task and other management tools
  • Handle email communication and correspondence on behalf of the Director
  • Oversee task delegation, monitor updates, and compile MIS reports
  • Draft, review, and maintain legal documents and internal files
  • Coordinate with vendors for invoicing, procurement, and negotiations
  • Assist with managing digital presence, including marketing and professional profiles
  • Communicate with government departments and officials as required
  • Conduct research, compile reports, and support strategic planning activities
  • Provide logistical support for client visits, events, and travel arrangements
  • Support content writing, editing, and publication-related projects

Who You Are

  • Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience in an Executive Assistant or administrative role
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities
  • Excellent attention to detail with the ability to multitask
  • Proficient in MS Office, Zoho Task, and email management tools
  • Strong communication skillsboth verbal and written
  • Reliable, professional, and capable of handling sensitive information discreetly
  • Quick learner and proactive team player who thrives in a dynamic work environment
