Khayal Health is a premium Ayurvedic wellness brand committed to creating authentic, high-quality products rooted in traditional wisdom and modern science. As we expand across D2C, strategic partnerships, and international markets, we're looking for an ambitious Partnerships & Growth Associate to work directly with the founder and help drive the next phase of growth.

About the Role

This is a highly dynamic, founder-facing role that combines business development, partnerships, outreach, influencer relations, PR, and growth initiatives.

The ideal candidate is proactive, resourceful, and enjoys building relationships, solving problems, and taking ownership.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and build relationships with potential international partners, and business opportunities

• Manage influencer, creator, and brand collaboration outreach

• Develop and nurture strategic partnerships and PR opportunities

• Coordinate communication with creators, partners

• Support social media growth and creator ecosystem initiatives

• Conduct market, competitor, and partnership research

• Assist with special projects and growth initiatives across the business

• Track outreach efforts, partnerships, and follow-ups systematically

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Strong relationship-building and networking abilities

• Highly organized and detail-oriented

• Ability to work independently and take ownership

• Entrepreneurial mindset with strong problem-solving skills

• Comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment

• Basic understanding of Meta platforms and digital marketing

• Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, and similar productivity tools
