What you'll do

• Sit in on the decisions: pricing, launches, hiring, should we build this
• Run experiments, chase down numbers, and turn hmm into a plan by Friday.
• Talk to customers. Lots of them. Bring back the truth, even when it stings.
• Own the things that fall between the cracks, then fix the cracks.
• Learn how a startup is actually built and scaled, from the inside, not from a podcast.
