Newton School aims to bridge this massive gap through its personalized learning platform. We are building an online university and solving the deep problem of the employability of graduates.

About the Role
The Founder's Office works closely with leadership to drive high-impact strategic initiatives across the organization. This role requires a strong mix of strategy thinking and hands-on execution, with the ability to independently own projects from idea to implementation.
Responsibilities
- Work directly with founders and business leaders on key strategic initiatives
- Translate strategy into structured execution plans and measurable outcomes
- Drive independent cross-functional projects across teams
- Conduct market, product, and business research to support decision-making
- Define success metrics and track progress of initiatives
- Identify process improvements and scalable solutions
- Leverage AI tools and experimentation to improve productivity and workflows
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Graduate/Postgraduate from Tier-1 institutes (IIT / IIM / ISB / top universities preferred)
- 1–4 years experience in strategy, consulting, operations, product, or Founder's Office roles
- Strong exposure to strategy + execution ownership
- Experience working on independent projects
- Proficient in AI tools / experimentation mindset
- Strong analytical thinking and stakeholder management skills
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
