Founder's Office – Tech Intern (Full Stack)

Purpose of the Role

The role exists to design and build core systems from scratch. The focus is to translate problem statements into clear system structures and working applications that are simple, usable, and scalable.

The intern will work closely with the founder to break down problems, define system logic, and build end-to-end solutions with clarity and speed.

Work You'll Do

As a Founder's Office – Tech Intern, you will:

System Thinking

•       Break down real problems into clear system components

•       Define how data flows across the system

•       Design simple, logical, and buildable system structures

Build

•       Develop backend systems and APIs

•       Build functional interfaces where required

•       Ensure systems work end-to-end

Execution

•       Take ownership of features from idea to implementation

•       Deliver working systems within defined timelines

•       Focus on output, not just effort

Expected Outcomes

•       Clearly defined system architecture and data structures

•       Working backend and APIs for core use cases

•       Functional end-to-end system components

•       Consistent delivery aligned with timeline

Skills Required

Primary Functional Skills

•       Strong programming foundation (Python preferred)

•       Understanding of APIs and database design

•       Ability to build and connect backend and frontend systems

•       Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools

•       Complete understanding about AI, ML & LLM

•       Comfortable working across the stack

Thinking Ability

•       Strong problem breakdown with 1st principle thinking and structuring ability

•       Ability to simplify complex systems

•       Focus on building practical and usable solutions

Eligibility

•       Minimum B.Tech / B.E (Computer Science or related fields preferred)

•       What you have built and what you understand matters more

Compensation

• Internship (6 months): Paid in two slabs; first 3 months and revised stipend for the next 3 months based on performance.
• Full-Time Offer: ₹3-5 LPA with appraisals every 6 months.
