Founder's Office – Marketing & E-commerce

Bengaluru | Full-time | On-site

If you're someone who understands marketing, enjoys working across different areas of a business, and wants hands-on exposure to how a growing consumer brand operates, this could be a great fit.

At Indifeet, we're looking for someone to join the Founder's Office and work closely with the founders across marketing, e-commerce, content, data and product research.

This is an entry-level role, so we are not looking for someone who already knows everything. We're looking for someone who has a good understanding of marketing fundamentals, is curious, proactive and willing to learn quickly.

What will you work on

E-commerce Advertising

Assist in running and optimising ads across platforms like Amazon, Myntra, Nykaa and other marketplaces
Track advertising spend, sales, ROAS, conversions and campaign performance
Understand what is working and what needs improvement

Marketplace Listings

Create and optimise product listings across Amazon, Myntra, Nykaa and other sales channels
Work on product titles, descriptions, keywords, attributes and other listing content
Research competitor listings and marketplace trends

Marketing & Advertising Reports

Prepare and maintain regular advertising and sales reports
Analyse campaign performance and identify key insights
Help the founders understand what the numbers are telling us

Social Media & Reels

Take part in ideating reels and social media content for Indifeet
Research trends, hooks and content formats
Coordinate and oversee the execution of reel ideas
Analyse which content performs well and why

Market & Product Research

Research upcoming footwear trends, styles, colours and consumer preferences
Study competitors and products performing well in the market
Give inputs on what kind of footwear Indifeet should introduce next
Help evaluate new product ideas before they are launched

Founder's Office Projects

Work directly with the founders on different marketing and growth projects
Take ownership of tasks and follow them through from idea to execution
Work across functions rather than being restricted to one specific marketing activity

Who should apply

You could be a good fit if:

You are a fresher or have up to 1 year of experience
Relevant marketing/e-commerce internships are absolutely considered
You have studied or worked in Marketing, Digital Marketing, E-commerce, Business, Advertising or a related field
You understand basic marketing concepts
You are comfortable working with Excel/Google Sheets and numbers
You enjoy social media and understand what makes content engaging
You are curious about consumer behaviour, brands, fashion or footwear
You are comfortable researching things independently
You can communicate your ideas clearly
You are willing to take ownership and learn things you haven't done before

Experience with Amazon Seller Central, Meta Ads, Google Ads, marketplace advertising, Shopify, Myntra or Nykaa is a bonus — but not mandatory.
