Job Description

Job Title: Founder's Office Associate - Client & Execution (KBI)

Location: Ghaziabad / Delhi NCR (travel required)

Reporting to: Founder's Office

About the Role

A high-ownership role at Kraftbling India, working closely with the Founder's Office across client experience, vendor coordination, and on-site execution—ensuring smooth project delivery end-to-end.

Key Responsibilities

• Client Management: Primary point of contact, manage communication, expectations, and overall experience

• Vendor Coordination: Align with vendors/artisans, track timelines, ensure quality

• Site Execution: Visit sites, supervise installations, resolve on-ground issues

• Operations: Handle calls/WhatsApp, maintain trackers, ensure daily follow-ups

Who You Are

• Someone who can actively assist Arushi in the client-facing + site role

• Interest in interiors/architecture/home decor

• Comfortable with travel across Delhi NCR

• Strong communicator, organized, and detail-oriented

• Proactive, reliable, and solution-driven

Preferred Background

• 0–2 years in interiors, architecture, or similar

• Freshers with strong intent with internship experiences can apply

• Exposure to site/vendor/client handling is a plus
