About This Role

We're looking for a sharp, execution-driven Junior Associate to work directly out of the Founder's Office, supporting the US go-to-market motion for Empuls. You'll sit at the intersection of outreach, pipeline hygiene, and operational coordination — making sure nothing slips through the cracks as the US team scales.

This is a high-visibility, high-accountability role. You'll operate from the founding team's handles, engage directly with prospects, and keep the sales engine running smoothly behind the scenes.

What You'll Do

  • Run consistent, high-quality outreach on behalf of the Founder via email and LinkedIn — owning the cadence and ensuring no prospect falls through without a proper follow-up.
  • Monitor and track pipeline movement alongside the US sales team, flagging stalled deals and resolving blockers proactively.
  • Maintain HubSpot hygiene — logging activities, cleaning records, and ensuring data accuracy across the pipeline.
  • Conduct targeted data research to identify and enrich prospect lists for the US GTM motion.
  • Collate and organise marketing resources, enablement materials, and campaign assets for the US team.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders — the Founder, Pranshu Sharma, the US team, and external prospects — to keep execution on track.

The US is one of Empuls's most critical growth markets, and this role sits right at the centre of that push. The Founder's Office is where strategy meets execution — and without tight outreach discipline, clean pipeline data, and sharp coordination, opportunities stall and momentum is lost.

This role isn't administrative support. It is the connective tissue between the Founder's vision, the sales team's pipeline, and the prospects we're trying to win. You will directly influence how fast the US GTM machine moves, how many conversations turn into qualified opportunities, and how well the team operates under pressure.

If you do this well, the impact is visible — to the Founder, to the US team, and to the business.

What We're Looking For

Must-haves

  • Strong written communication skills — you write crisp, professional outreach that gets replies.
  • Solid Excel skills — comfortable with data cleanup, lookups, and organising large datasets.
  • 1–3 years of experience in a GTM, SDR, operations, or Founder's Office environment.
  • Ability to work the US-aligned shift (3 PM – 1 AM IST) consistently.
  • High attention to detail and ownership mindset — things don't fall through on your watch.

Nice-to-haves

  • Prior experience in a Founder's Office or early-stage startup GTM role.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot or any CRM tool.
  • Exposure to US market outreach or US-based SDR workflows.
  • Experience with data research tools (Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, or similar).

Qualifications

Undergraduate degree in any discipline. What matters more: how you think, how you write, and how you get things done.
